John Bocciardi

Vice President / Asset Management

John brings a broad and valuable depth of experience from more than 13 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. His previous experience includes several years as a staff attorney supporting the acquisitions group of a national tax credit equity syndicator. After a three-year stint as a residential closing attorney, he returned to the affordable housing industry in 2007 when he joined our organization as an asset manager. In December 2013, John was promoted to Vice President. His responsibilities include on-going financial analysis, annual audit reviews and site inspections for loans in our portfolio. John also works with our outside counsel and borrowers to coordinate and assist with loan closings.
