Shellie Lempert

Assistant Vice President – Operations Manager

Shellie serves as Assistant Vice President & Operations Manager for Centrant Community Capital. Shellie joined the organization in 2005 as an administrative assistant, and assumed the role of Servicing and Closing Manager in 2007. With more than 15 years of experience in the lending industry, her responsibilities include the coordination of Centrant’s loan closing, servicing and operations processes, including loan funding, payment remittances, document management and reporting. She also serves as the Sponsor/Exhibitor liaison for the annual North Carolina Affordable Housing Conference. Previously, Shellie worked in the title closing industry as a loan processor and at a commercial real estate company as a real estate coordinator.
