Parkside Commons is a new 98-unit seniors development in Greenville, NC offering a mix of 38 one-bedroom and 60 two-bedroom units. Residents enjoy spacious units, comfortable common areas, a community garden, a unique outdoor fitness equipment “playground,” as well as easy access to the area’s commercial, retail and medical facilities. In addition to a $1,372,457 permanent mortgage from Centrant that closed in June of 2017, the project received an allocation of federal and state housing tax credits.
